A Pride Group is a student-led group which provides a safe place for students to meet, support each other, talk about issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity and expression, and work to end homophobia, biphobia and transphobia (HBT).
Some groups focus more heavily on one of these objectives than others, but the most effective groups combine a mixture of social, support and activist roles (*)
