Head of Partnerships

We are looking to recruit a Head of Partnerships; a new role that will lead on both generating new business opportunities and providing exceptional account management to our existing network of corporate partners. Just Like Us works closely with some of the world’s most recognisable brands and you will shape these high-value partnerships, to raise vital funds, which ensure LGBT+ young people across the UK receive the support they need to thrive. More than one in every three pounds raised at Just Like Us is from companies, and with your support we can grow this further.

This role will maximise and diversify income from our new and existing partners, while also helping to shape the wider corporate fundraising strategy.

  • Salary: £40,000 – 45,000 p.a. dependent on experience

  • Full-time (part-time considered)
  • Location: London / hybrid

Social Media Manager

We are looking to recruit a highly creative, strategic storyteller with at least one year’s experience working in social media for our new Social Media Manager role. This will be a new, pivotal role in the organisation, which will elevate our social media offering, grow our audiences of engaged supporters who take action, and increase brand awareness.

  • Salary: £33,600 p.a.

  • Full-time but open to part-time/job share for the right candidates
  • Location: London/Manchester/Leeds/flexible – we are open to candidates based outside of London. If the candidate is based in London, expected office time is at least two days a week in our Brixton office. If the candidate is based outside of London, they will be required to work some days in the London office once a month minimum. The Director of Comms and Media (the manager of this role) lives close to Manchester and Leeds and so there may be some opportunity for working in-person nearby too.
  • Holiday: 25 days (excluding statutory public holidays) 
  • Reporting to: Director of Comms and Media
