What does Just Like Us do?
We recruit LGBT+ young people aged 18–25 and partner with prestigious employers to train them to be school role models and LGBT+ workplace leaders
We send our volunteers into schools to champion LGBT+ equality, we support schools to run LGBT+ and ally groups, and we organise a national campaign, School Diversity Week
We help schools meet the requirements of the Equality Act and Ofsted’s Personal Development, Welfare and Behaviour framework

“Just Like Us’s workshop was one of the highlights of the year for our students. It challenged the students’ thinking and opinions in an open, honest and supportive way. The programme is fantastic value and is now becoming a permanent fixture.”
